To support our growing and ambitious team at Egeria Real Estate Investments (EREI), we are immediately looking for a driven and analytical Real Estate Investment Associate to join our Boston office.

In this position, you will play a key supporting role in the expansion of our real estate portfolio across the US and Europe. You will assist in the full transaction process, from sourcing and underwriting to due diligence, closing, and asset disposals. You are analytical, proactive, and thrive in a fast-paced, deal-driven environment. You are also passionate about innovation and will contribute to improving our real estate investment processes using AI tools and data-driven decision-making.
This role reports to the Practice Lead of Egeria Real Estate Investments and will be managed locally by our Portfolio Director. It offers significant growth potential as our portfolio continues to expand, with increasing responsibility and exposure to international transactions and strategic initiatives.
Core Tasks
You are responsible for:
· Assisting in underwriting and financial modeling of potential acquisitions;
· Supporting the full transaction lifecycle, including due diligence, documentation, closing, and asset disposals;
· Conducting market research and identifying strategic investment opportunities;
· Preparing investment memoranda and presentations for internal decision-making;
· Coordinating with external advisors (brokers, legal counsel, technical consultants, etc.);
· Contributing to the implementation of ESG-related investment criteria;
· Supporting innovation in real estate investment processes using AI tools and automation;
· Collaborating with international team members in the US and Europe on cross-border transactions;
· Supporting global portfolio-related strategic and analytical work in close collaboration with the Practice Lead, Portfolio Director, and Finance team;
· Providing optimal support to the Director US and contributing to the overall performance of the team.The
Job requirements
The Profile:
· 2–4 years’ experience in real estate investment, private equity, or a similar dynamic environment;
· Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Real Estate, Economics, or a related field;
· Strong analytical skills and proficiency in financial modeling (Excel, Argus, etc.);
· Interest and experience in applying AI tools to investment workflows and data analysis;
· Excellent command of English in word and writing; Dutch or German language skills are a plus;
· High level of integrity and professionalism in handling sensitive and confidential information;
· Reserved and modest yet confident and professional demeanor in a representative role;
· Independent, structured thinker with a hands-on mentality;
· Strong judgment and ability to prioritize in a fast-paced environment;
· Team player who enjoys working in an international and entrepreneurial setting;
