Job description

We are looking for a Legal Operations Manager to join our Legal & Tax function in Zug. This role takes ownership of the administrative backbone of the group's corporate legal, structuring, and tax activities — keeping entities, records, and filings organized and up to date across the Egeria structure. You will work closely with the Chief Legal & Tax Officer and the wider legal team, acting as the reliable operational anchor for everything that keeps the group's corporate legal matters running smoothly.

This is a strong fit for someone with long-standing experience in administrative and organizational work within a corporate legal department or law firm, who takes pride in precision, structure, and being the person others can rely on to keep things in order.

Key Responsibilities

  • Take ownership of the administrative organization of the group's corporate legal and structuring matters across Egeria Group AG and its affiliated entities

  • Maintain and keep up to date corporate records, entity files, share registers, and statutory documentation for group entities

  • Coordinate and track corporate filings, deadlines, and formalities with external counsel, notaries, and commercial registers

  • Prepare, organize, and file board and shareholder documentation, including resolutions, minutes, and signature processes

  • Support the setup, maintenance, and closure of entities within the group's structure, ensuring all administrative steps are completed correctly and on time

  • Maintain organized digital and physical filing systems for legal and corporate documentation

  • Act as the day-to-day point of contact for administrative queries relating to corporate structuring, coordinating internally and with external service providers

  • Support the legal team with document management, template maintenance, and process organization

  • Help ensure deadlines, renewals, and recurring corporate obligations across the group are tracked and met

What We Offer

  • A central, trusted role within an international investment group's legal and tax function

  • Direct collaboration with the Chief Legal & Tax Officer and the broader legal team

  • A collegial, entrepreneurial working environment based in Zug

  • A role where structure, precision, and reliability are genuinely valued

Job requirements

  • Long-standing experience in administrative and organizational tasks gained within a corporate legal department or at a law firm

  • Strong organizational skills with a keen eye for detail and accuracy in handling documentation and records

  • Comfortable managing multiple entities, deadlines, and workstreams in parallel

  • Fluency in German and English is required; Dutch is an advantage

  • A structured, reliable, and proactive working style, with the ability to work independently

  • Discretion and a strong sense of confidentiality when handling corporate and legal documentation

  • Good command of standard office and document management tools
